How long is a therapy session?

Most therapy sessions last around 50 minutes. This provides enough time to explore your thoughts and experiences in a focused and supportive way.

Yes. Therapy is a confidential space where you can speak openly and honestly. Everything shared during sessions remains private, except in rare situations where disclosure may be required by law to ensure safety.

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Many people come to therapy simply because they want support, clarity, or a space to reflect on what they are going through.

You can bring anything that feels important or difficult for you. This may include stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, or simply a feeling that something in your life feels overwhelming.

The number of sessions varies for each person. Some people come for short-term support around a specific concern, while others choose to continue therapy for a longer period as part of their personal growth and self-understanding.

The first session is usually a gentle conversation where we talk about what brings you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what kind of support you may be looking for.

No preparation is required. You can simply come as you are. Therapy is a space where you can take your time to share whatever feels comfortable.
